Top Seeds: Dan Evans, Taylor Fritz, Lorenzo Sonego, Nikoloz Basilashvili

Single-year license

After a busy end to his two weeks in Miami, British No. 1 Dan Evans tops the field as he approaches his clay court season. Safe to say it is not his most favoured surface, so it will be interesting to see how his clay court season unfolds. Also in the field is No. 2 seed Taylor Fritz who finds himself the highest ranked American male player this week.

Another single year licence tournament, and one rocked with withdrawals this time around, as the clay court season begins for the ATP in Europe. Pablo Carreno Busta takes centre stage as the top seed, with some solid clay-courters in the field.

Top Seeds: Ashleigh Barty, Sofia Kenin, Petra Kvitova, Kiki Bertens

2019 champion: Madison Keys

After dropping off the calendar in 2020, the green-clay clay of Charleston kicks off the clay court season for the WTA. Defending champion Madison Keys is seeded No. 8 but is in a class field with a lot of very in-form players, not least of which back-to-back Miami champion and World No. 1 Ashleigh Barty.

Other in-form players in the field will be Petra Kvitova and Garbiñe Muguruza

Top Seeds: Zheng Saisai, Sara Sorribes Tormo, Arantxa Rus, Clara Tauson

2019 champion: Amanda Anisimova

It has been a tough start to the season for top seed Zheng Saisai, and it may well be the No. 2 seed Sara Sorribes Tormo who continues her decent run of form this season.

However, our one to watch is Clara Tauson, who won her maiden title earlier this year in Lyon and has only just turned 18.
