Eden Silva & Sarah Beth Grey teamed up together for the doubles at the ITF event in Portugal. The Brits were the top seeds. In their first round they were against the Kiwi team of Paige Hourigan & Valentina Ivanov. The Brits got off to the best start, breaking Hourigan & Ivanov early. The Kiwis re-grouped in the second set and managed to break the Brits and level up. In the ensuing match tiebreak the top seeds edged ahead and moved into the next round 6-2, 4-6, 10-6.

The quarter-final saw the Brits against Tamara Čurović & Dia Evtimova. The Serbian/Bulgarian were no match for the top seeds. Silva & Grey were barely troubled by the unseeded pairing, losing only four games in the match to move into the semi-final in straight sets 6-1, 6-3.

In the semi-final the Brits were against the fourth seeds Julija Hatouka & Lee Pei-Chi. The Belarussian/Taipei pair were close to making a breakthrough in the first set, however Silva & Grey held firm and broke the fourth seeds. The second set was easier for the top seeds, easing through into the final in straight sets as Hatouka/Pei-Chi couldn’t break back 6-4, 6-3.

The final pitched Silva & Grey against the second seeds Estelle Cascino & Julia Terzijska. The French/Bulgarian pairing stayed toe to toe with the top seeds, until right at the end of the set when the Brits broke through. In the second set the top seeds dominated to take the trophy in straight sets 7-5, 6-2.
