We start Gameweek 11 in the capital and as the North London derby stokes the festive fires early, Son Heung-min is set to cause Christmas nightmares for Arsenal.
As Tottenham Hotspur find themselves in the title picture once more – despite a goalless draw to rivals Chelsea last Sunday – GW11 will likely see a return to the goals.
Siting on nine goals for the campaign, Son will be eyeing reaching double figures here, against a side he has netted against twice in his last four.
Having won their opening two games of the season, the Gunners meanwhile, have now taken just seven points from the last eight outings, shipping 11 times in that period.
So could Mikel Arteta roll across North London and look to keep it tight? Perhaps. But Arsenal have shown no ability to even entertain that idea of late.
In a fixture that only five times has brought just a single goal since the turn of the millennium, on 30 occasions in all competitions has this game notched at least three goals.
Spurs will likely sit deep once more looking for the counter-attack, and therein lies the threat of the South Korean forward.
The Gunners have struggled with their continued high line again this term; derby day could see the Son rise again.
Diogo Jota must surely be the signing of the summer for Liverpool. As the Portuguese winger faces his former side in Wolves at Anfield on Sunday night, he may be in the mood for more.
Having scored four in his last five, Jota set a club record in netting in his first four home games and could make it five versus the men from the Black Country.
As an almost vital ingredient in the Liverpool attack this term, Jota looks a certain starter each and every Gameweek, and still available at less than 7.0, is a full 5.0 cheaper than both Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
Wolves will make it tough for the hosts – as Jota is all-too aware – but the visitors may be powerless to handle their former teammate in Gameweek 11.
After Burnley grabbed their first win of the season two games ago, Chris Wood is central to the Clarets’ hopes of picking up further points in GW11.
Netting his second of the campaign against Crystal Palace a fortnight ago, the Kiwi striker has again been the focal point of the Lancashire side’s attack this season.
So far picking up the scraps, a home clash versus Everton however, could offer Wood his best chance of back-t0-back home games with a goal to show.
The Toffees, though having continued their attacking ways, have though, conceded six goals in their last three outings away from home.
Burnley will know even at this stage, games at Turf Moor are going to be vital if they are to stave off relegation this term, and Wood may well provide the ammunition to allow them to do so in GW11.
What an FPL diamond Ben Chilwell has become. For those that opted to bring in the Chelsea full-back after his return from injury, his respective fantasy managers have been well rewarded for an initial plunder of 5.5.
Indeed, since his Blues debut in GW4, Chilwell has brought home either a goal, assist or clean sheet in every game, with a bonus at least, in point in three of those seven.
Now valued at 6.2, his ownership has rocketed to 34.7%. As Leeds United travel to West London, the Whites will be a test for Chelsea in attack, a factor Chelsea can exploit.
Chilwell in particular has continued to offensive forays this term, and will likely be afforded more space than usual against the Yorkshire side.
His chances of scooping yet more spoils for an eighth week on the bounce, look decent.
Punt of the Week: Tariq Lamptey
For Gameweek 11’s stab in the dark, the returning Tariq Lamptey takes our fancy.
Having been sent off against Aston Villa in GW9, Brighton’s flying wing-back returns to the fold to face Southampton in the South coast derby this weekend.
A regular threat down the right for the Seagulls, Lamptey netted against Spurs and has three assists also this term.
The Saints on the road continue as a front-foot side this term, where Lamptey’s value looks like it might be beneficial here.
As one of the quickest defenders around, his 4.8 price-tag may be a deterrent, but in 11% of fantasy squads, could threate to nevertheless, be a useful string to the fantasy bow this weekend.
Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 11 deadline is Saturday, 11am UK time.
