With Liverpool back in the Premier League top four for the time being, The Reds will look to cement that place this term, as they juggle Champions League commitments this campaign.

The club have unveiled their third strip for the 2017/18 campaign, harking back to a particular era of the Club’s history, dating back to the late 1800s.

It takes its design inspiration from the original wooden signage of the famous Kop stand, featuring a ‘Bold Citrus’ and black colourway.

Launched as part of the ‘Pure Liverpool FC’ campaign, the kit celebrates the club’s 125th anniversary and features the special 125th anniversary crest – a unique feature of all the New Balance kits for the 2017/18 season.

To commemorate the tragic events of Hillsborough, the 96 emblem, encased by the eternal flames sits at the nape of the neck. The jersey also features a debossed ‘125’ to the shoulder seam tape and is framed by a black collar and trim.
