Treat Huey and Jerzy Janowicz defeated Andy and Jamie Murray in R2 of the Men’s doubles 6-3, 7-5.
Andy Murray, playing his first tournament since losing to Novak Djokovic at the Australian Open was taken to three sets in his R2 match against Russian, Evgeny Donskoy.
In an evening match on today’s schedule, Murray comes up against Yen-Hsun Lu (TPE).
The pair last met at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, when Lu delivered a surprise defeat of the British No. 1.
After perhaps a rusty start in the singles, Murray will be looking to get off to a more solid start.
Also on tonight’s schedule – Colin Fleming and Paul Hanley (AUS) take on the all-Spanish combination of Pablo Andujar and Daniel Gimeno-Traver.
